This policy explains how Vertical Drop Ltd uses personal information when you visit our website, book studio services, contact us, use the website chat, or request a resource.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, booking details and messages. If you accept analytics, we also collect a random browser and session identifier, landing page, external referrer, campaign parameters and the pages viewed during that session. We do not use browser fingerprinting or store your raw IP address for this journey tracking.

2. How we use your information

We use this information to provide podcast studio services, deliver requested resources, respond to enquiries, process bookings and understand which marketing and website journeys lead to an enquiry.

3. Attribution and company information

Journey data remains pseudonymous while you browse. If you voluntarily submit your contact details after accepting analytics, we link that session's source, campaign, landing page and page journey to your enquiry. For business email addresses in that consented lead record, we may use only the business domain to retrieve public company information such as company name, website, industry and approximate employee size. We do not send your full email address or chat content for company enrichment, and personal email providers are skipped.

4. Retention and your choices

Anonymous journey records are retained for up to six months. Lead and booking records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, our services and legal or accounting obligations. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner; declining removes the first-party attribution identifiers from your browser and does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
